November sound of come back

The 6 november 2012 my group and me come back in Italy.

We finish the last dinner very early (in the morning) at 1 am.....but we had also to finish the baggages and greetings the best friends in Pafos.








At 5h25 the TUI bus take us 
for going from Paphos
 to Larnaca Airport










We had taken the plane to 9h15 (Cyprus time)
and we arrived in Rome at 11h40 
(Italian time) 

 The next plane for the day was to 17h30, we had hug Eugenia that went in Bologna and Silvia, Maria and me come back with Alitalia Fly from Roma Fiumicino to Cagliari 

 In the Roma Fiumicino Aeroport I look soundly rocks make by one of artistas from my little village in Sardinia, this artist calls Pinuccio Sciola and I could know him to other friends!!!

In the end of Septembre (Saturday 29 Sept 2012)  I meet Yiorgos for organizing together to Silvia and I the event Let's Do It Cyprus for Paphos Area. After some weeks of hard work, we have also spend funny time together and we have also done our time for cleaning Pafos Area.

We have so happy to work together and after one day off, Silvia and I had decided to meet again Yiorgos from Paphos for organizing one new important event for the Paphos City. 

In the first time, we had suddlenly thinked about a sportive event for involving more persons but in the same time revaluate the city center and rediscover the historical centre. 

We had meet many new people, we talk about many sponsors, municipality for permission and police for traffic control in the main streets, artists for awards and we had also contact Rodulla Matsa designer from Paphos that create the logo and the poster for promoting the event...........and we have given shape to our dream so 

RUN PAPHOS SUNDAY 4 NOV 2012 !!!!!

"RUNPAPHOS" is a sportive event for runners, bicycle riders and ... walkers!

One specific category for mums and dads with kids and one for runner with dog!

Join us on SUNDAY 4 november 2012 h. 9,00 in Kato Pafos near the Castle.

RunPaphos is not just a run but is a synergic event dealing with sport, social cohesion, culture, history and art. 

The theme of our event is "Reappropriation of Ktima". We run all together to rediscover and get possession of our historic centre. It is a parade across the true heart of the city, the old Pafos where we still can breathe the history, the living, the culture and the identity of the town. 

“RunPaphos” is free and includes a competitive run, a competitive cycle-ride and a non-competitive walk in a unique event. 

The run starts with the departure of the cycle riders, followed by the runners and after the walkers. The participants will runs along the coast walk-side of the Lighthouse until Ktima, crossing the streets of churches, the town all and the Turkish quarter.

I am not strafy only in the night but I'm ERRESIMA also in the seaside as a mermaid, a starfish!

During two weeks I had a serious problem with my voice and also my throat but with candies and with soups and I was in health one time ;)

8 Sept I worked for Tui in the morning and in the afternoon I organised the first meeting for Lets do it Cyprus in my house, before the meeting I speak with Ioana Lucia the national projet manager and I had less afraid than the first time.



9 Sept I was in the inspection for waste location with George one of volunteers because I am in the Regional Team Coordinator for Lets do it Cyprus! In the afternoon I was volunteer for Pafos 2017 in the Aphrodite Festival where I could met other volunteers. I couldn't see the Otello Opera but I could share a night with other volunteers and I worked as everyday when I am volunteer for PAFOS2017 as give brochures, card of I support pafos, stichers for kids.



During the week 10 - 16 Sept many time at work!!!

September --> New month, new works, new satisfaction and the same hot weather of August! What am I doing?


1 Sept  I worked in Geroskipou beer festival in the evening as volunteer for PAFOS2017! Silvia and I were promoting the event for Pafos european capital of culture in 2017.

During the wait to guests come in the beer festival we have just drunk a beer and after it we had promoting Pafos 2107 with stichers, brochures. We had also complain to guests I SUPPORT PAFOS BECAUSE. The team Pafos2017 has created this card for sensibilizing tourists and everyone in Pafos. The best card will winn two days for two persons in a hotel here in Pafos!

 2 Sept I went in the city center for watching shop, going in the church  and shopping in the supermarket and taking the bus at 13h30 for coming back in my home! I eated at 14h and I spent my afternoon in the pool during this time I read my book, listen my music, take the sun and sometime I also swimmed! In the afternoon I changes my clothes and other leonardo inters and I went to Limassol for going at Wine Festival of Cyprus with the WINEXPRESS a free bus from Cyprus Tourism Office.

When we arrived in the festival, we paid the ticket: 6 euros for entrance. In the entry we has seen this big cypriot man with the bottle of Kokkinelli. In the first time we eat something and after it we drunkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk kokkinellei typical rosé wine from Cyprus. 

During the drink we had also listen typical greek music and we had seen a crazy dance in the winepress and I laughting a lot! 

I taste 5 glasses of KOKKI but before I bought a little glasse for 1 euro and 50 cent. Moreover I bought also one little bottle and one of volunteer filled it of Kokkinelli! Woooooooonderful! I was tipsy so soon and I found the courage for going uo the wine press and dancing cypriot dance with a crazy man that he would like to know my name and also my phone number (?!) but he haven't ahahah

Before we take the bus for coming back in Pafos, we had received my bottle for free of red wineee! We come back in Pafos at 023h58 but for  2 minutes we had lost the bus for come back in our house so we had wait 30 minutes in the bus station. 

3 Sept Worked for TUI Travel PLC in Aliathon Hotel: Simona and I assist in the Welcome Meeting and we were carry out a survey for excursion evaluation about sustainable tourism.

4 Sept My day started so early because I wake up at 6h I take the bus for going in the church at 7h30. At 8h30 I walked in the supermarket for buying candy beacuse I had a problem with my voice. At 9h30 I was the meeting with the projet manager and other leonardo inters.  From 11 to 15h30 Silvia and I were in the Aliathon Hall for working. In the afternoon I was in relax because my duddy had a surgery and everything will be well so I need to relax so I bought a bleu dress and also one of shoes (white shoes with some colors in the part of them, sooo fashion sooo nice I love it)!!!! In the afternoon I went in the english lessons and in the night I went in the airport for taking the parents of Silvia! It is so goody goody this meeting!

5 Sept I was in the Aliathon at 8 o'clock, I access my pc but it was broken. I didn't know what I could do, I was alone! I speak with the receptionist and she give me the name of electrical shop but my projet manager couldn't come to help me for this problem but all is change when I saw and I speak with the manager of Aliathon because he called the electrical man and he tried a solution and after 30 min my pc is goody goody!
I worked until 17h30. In the night I come with other inters in the party for Pafos2017 and I met many people and I could listen greek music so nice and pleasant.

6 Sept I worked all day in Aliathon and I elaborate a new evaluation model about sustainable tourism, in the afternoon I went in the Pafos2017 in the office for the first meeting with other volunteers! The first impression was to be in the team so dynamic so international so lovely!

7 Sept I worked in the morning in the Aliathon for my report and in the afternoon I was in the meeting of the escort team from 14h30 to 17h. After the meeting my flatfriend met me the typical food from Cyprus: breadstick with olives and I falled in love for it!

As a spanish song said each thing finish and other one will start! The balance of this months? Of course GREAT!

I worked for two weeks in Paphiakos & CCP Animal Welfare. I created some brochures, leftlet, poster and  I give in circle my creative and my spirit. My boss was Susan and she has been so friendly and quite with me and I learn and worked hardly.

Since the thursay 21 August I am carry out many works for Aeolos: - a survey about excursion satisfaction; - a case study about marketing for Tui Travel PLC and your competitors; a professional videos to advertisment local products from Cyprus; - an excursion analyst about sustainable tourism.

Many works so I can improve my english and of course my skills.

I am a hardly worker and I am curious and happy person.

Sorry to never write but the time is soooo fast here sooo very soon I will publish my new badge from Aeolos and some pictures about excursion and tipical foods from Cyprus.

Yesterday I did my last excursion, the name of excursion was Love Cyprus or Simply Cyprus Tour and we saw many places and we had of course also the local guide (Kate) as similar to my spanish friend's mother (Tere) so she is so beautiful, happy and smiling. Moreover she said us "Today it is the trip day so forgotten your problem outside the bus and come on to discover this amazing island".

The last sunday my friends and me come to discover turtle of sea but I swimm a little bit, I take cold so the last thursday I was sick and I was also fever. This last days, my health is better but I have again pain of throat and despite it I worked for forgotting my pains ;), today my leonardo friends and me come in the archeological park to discover other place near Kouklia but I take much sun and now I have rash but despite it, now I will go in Geroskipou because there is a beer festival, tomorrow I will work here as volunteer for Paphos 2017 but today I will go just to see and to talk with my friends and to meet other guys from Cyprus.

7 August 2012 My First Day of Work to Paphiakos Animal Welfare

At 9h30 today we were the meeting with our projet manager John and other boss Janice to Pambis's coffee. In this time, we could listen the crazy parrot, we talk abour our Leonardo projet, our suggestions, our new projet where we can diving inside it!

When we were in the meeting, I could taste for the first time the nescafé with other Leonardo participate Silvia.

In the second time, Janice give at me and Maria a passage way for going to Paphiakos Animal Welfare. 

In Paphiakos Animal Welfare I knowed the assistant of director Janette and also PR for Russian Market Lillia. Janette give me my badge and she given me the choose for my name. Really she asked me, "are you more italien or french girl? as do you want, I can change your badge". So I think just a moment and I choose my badge! Maybe it is also for english guys call me!

I met also Lillia and she is so nice with me, she explain her work and also the pictures of trip with other participats when I wasn't here.

I had my report, my dictionary, my badge, my t-shirt of staff sooo I could start my first day of work! I started to create a brochure about the working in the new shelter. 

So I had some problem with my intership organisation but I send already some mails and everything is ok now. My boss said me " It will be strange at first I know but it will not take long for you to find your feet." and I hope  this is a good though for this new amazing european experience!

4 August 2012 - First Moment in Paphos
I just arrived here saturday night at 23h25 and my first thought has been "the sun is shining also in the night". I meet John, the projet manager for Paphiakos Animal Welfare.

I arrived in my new hous in Nicoletta Court and I met my news flat friends: Maria and Ernesto.

After a little conversation, I went in my bed for sleeping.

5 August 2012 - My First Day in Pàphos

I get up at 10h30, I take a shower and I put my clothes in my closet and after it, I eat Ernesto's lunch and we were in the seaside but it wasn't a normal seaside, it was Aphrodite Beach.

Sooo nice place and there is also a place where husband and wife in the their wedding go here for taking pictures and there are many lovers make a heart with little stones.

In this time my thoughts flied in the air and I thought a lot..........

We took the bus at 19h20 and we were in our house at 21h.




In the night, we were in the center of the city and we eat MEAL MEZE a typical cypriote food and it was amazing sooooo good and also sooo cheap! After the dinner we were to visit the castle in the harbour of Paphos and we talk about our Leonardo Projet ans how we knowed it.


                                                                                     6 August 2012 - Second Day in Paphos

Today, I need to eat some food soooo me and my new flat friend (Maria from Sardinia), we went in The Paphos Mall and I bought some fruits and vegetables.

The shops aren't so cheap but it is important to take a moment and see foods and choose the better!

The MALL is so away from our house and we walked a lot under the sun and now I am just a little brown than yesterday.

This afternoon, we will go in the city center for eating an ice cream and walking.

just 6 days here and I don't want go away but in the life has been doing by decisions so ...... go away without  regrets :)
